Most people who get started researching the Astral Projection phenomena become transfixed with the incredible diversity of written material available to read about the experience. I too have walked down the path of immersion into any and all things written about astral projection! But here is my suggestion to you, which I will try to support in the following short article: Pick one or two of the very best Astral Projection books out there, read them, and then work on the actual experience itself!
