Mind control refers to the successful control of thoughts and actions of other people without requiring their active consent. The implication of Mind control is that a “brainwashed” person changes his views and gives up certain beliefs and attitudes whether religious, political or social to accept ideas that are contrasting in nature. However, one gentle method used by many experts to mind control people is to use covert hypnosis.

Covert Hypnosis is the ability to subtly communicate with another person’s subconscious mind without them noticing thus mind control them. It is a form of hypnosis attempting to achieve near hypnotic states in the listener. In covert hypnosis the subject is unaware that the hypnotist is either a hypnotist, or hypnotising them then controling their mind, or that anything out of the ordinary is occurring.

Most of the time, in covert hypnosis, the subject is usually not aware that he or she is interacting with a hypnotist, so the mind control takes in a secret or covert way. There is no clue presented to the unsuspecting subject that there is actually a process of hypnosis that is already going on. This is what makes it potentially dangerous in the wrong hands, but an entirely powerful persuasion technique in the right ones.
