<P>Black magic is defined as the misuse of spiritual energy including harming another person or attempting to get someone to act in accordance with your desires, especially if your desires oppose theirs.</P><br />
<P>In our view, spiritual power is to be used only for good. The moment you try to control or manipulate another person, you step over the line and incur negative karma.</P><br />
<P>Below we list 3 controversial examples of black magic. </P><br />
<P>1. Every single day the very acquisitive and charismatic minister fervently prays to his savior asking for big donations from his church members. He also emphasizes in every sermon the importance of giving back to the lord. “You can never tithe enough,” he regularly states.</P><br />
<P>The power of his prayer yields impressive results over his lower middle class, obedient congregation and it’s not uncommon for donors to happily exclaim, “I don’t know what came over me, but I was led to donate a lot more than I had originally planned!”</P><br />
<P>Over the years, the prayers intensify and the church acquires an abundance of resources allowing the minister to live affluently, well beyond the means of his contemporaries. Since it’s prayer, and it’s in accordance with a religiously sanctioned idol, it’s acceptable, right? Wrong. He might as well be calling on the high priest of darkness and his merry gang of demons in this money scheme. The power of prayer may be divine, but abusing it invites pure darkness, and incurs serious negative karma.</P><br />
<P>2. A 30-something mother of two young kids wants out of her marriage, but knows her teacher salary and her husband’s income won’t be enough to support their current lifestyles if they separate. She is attracted to her male friend (and his money) who has made it clear to her that he values their friendship, but he’s not interested in her romantically or sexually (he is gay, and everyone is well aware of this, but she refuses to let go of her agenda to have a child with him).</P><br />
<P>Crystal magic to the rescue! The young lady is obsessed with crystals and spell-casting. Justifying her intent to rope him in to support her (and her two kids, their college education, and her mother) by reasoning that he can afford it and would like it if he just gave her a chance, she attempts crystal-based magic to draw him in and even interfere with his love life.</P><br />
<P>Unfortunately for her, his acute self-awareness leads him to realize she is attempting to manipulate him and he calls her on it. Instead of admitting the obvious, she denies it and plays the victim, incurring even more bad karma, and their friendship ends.</P><br />
<P>3. A best-selling New Age author has decided that she would like to “neutralize” the spiritual teachers she deems unacceptable and “harmful to the progress and inspiration of the New Age movement” with the help of her Wicca friend. Unfortunately for the New Age author, who does not believe in karma or reincarnation, by attempting to thwart the success of others, she is setting herself up for a series of lifetimes where she must endure being the target of black magic.</P><br />
<P>How do you know if you are violating spiritual law in such a way? Simple. If you are attempting to control others in any way, especially if they would reject your request if you had an honest conversation with them, then you are overstepping your bounds and will incur negative karma by utilizing spiritual forces (negative or positive) to sway them to your way of thinking.</P><br />

<P>I couldn&#8217;t agree more! As a coach, much of the work I do centers around the thought life of my clients. Through conversation, activities, and homework, we uncover the thoughts that the person is dwelling on or persistently returning to that are causing them to feel angry, anxious, or immobilized. I’ve certainly been in situations where shifting my focus from unpleasantness has proved difficult – sometimes seemingly insurmountable, so the strategies I share with my clients are definitely ones that I use myself!</P><br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><P>If “Welcoming Change” is a theme you would love to integrate in your life you might be asking yourself, “How do I get there?”</P><br />
<P>In the previous posts I’ve talked about how changing your thinking may change many other dynamics in your life. But, what about if YOU were the change?</P><br />
<P>What would that actually look like, and what would happen in your life?</P><br />
<P>Many clients I work with are initially looking to change the parts of their lives that aren’t working well for them. If they had a different career path, they would feel happier. If their partner would make some changes, then they would feel better. If they only had more money, then their life would become easier. If they lived in a different state, changed their apartment or home, had their relatives living closer or further away, had warmer or colder weather, lived in the mountains or by the ocean….THEN their lives would improve for the better.</P><br />
<P>But eventually after working with some of the techniques I recommend, they find that if they were to be the change then all of the rest of the variables I’ve just listed above really wouldn’t matter! If they acquired inner peace, gratitude, acceptance and love for themselves, all else would flow and change with this no matter where or what they were doing in their life.</P><br />
<P>Find Joy!<BR>This is really the key! To “be the change,” you must accept and adapt to any situation or relationship with a loving attitude – for what the universe has plopped down in life to grow and learn from is a blessing. As you develop the keys to continue to be at peace and find joy no matter your environment, you will find your circle of people, places, and things begin to be in sync with where you are!</P><br />
<P>It feels magical and wonderful when that occurs! When at this peaceful, accepting, and loving place all of a sudden my clients find difficult people are moving out of their life and wonderful souls moving into it! They find new opportunities opening up at work or new vistas presenting themselves as if by magic. But it is not magic. It is truly by your own design, created by YOU for YOU!</P><br />
<P>Try it…be the change!</P><br />
<P>As a marriage and family therapist for 25 years, I have discovered the path to healing is unique to each person. My role is to facilitate each client’s signature path. I will teach you to reframe, redefine and look at your problems with a fresh perspective. Thought creates behavior. Solutions will emerge that you were unable to see before. We are continually affirming subconsciously with our words and thoughts and this flow of affirmations is creating our life experience in every moment. Our beliefs are just learned thought patterns that we have developed since childhood, many of these patterns have worked well for us, but others may now be working against us, they are dysfunctional and may be sabotaging us from achieving what we believe we want.</P><P>Every affirmation we think or say is a reflection of our inner truth or beliefs. It is important to realize that many of these “inner truths” may not actually be true for us now or may be based on invalid or inappropriate impressions we constructed as children, which if examined as an adult can be exposed as inappropriate.</P><P>Our subconscious uses the behavior patterns we have learned to automatically respond and react to many everyday events in our life. This is essential to our survival, and we need to be able to respond quickly to events around us which would be impossible if we had to re-examine every aspect of things each and every time something simple happens.</P><P>Our learned responses and thought patterns enable us to automatically respond to circumstances quickly and easily. Problems arise however, if at an early stage some of the foundation beliefs on which many of the others are built were formed from a skewed perspective, maybe the strategy was appropriate for a perceived difficult circumstance, however often such beliefs are totally inappropriate for succeeding in the real world as adults.</P><P>You can use “Positive Affirmations“, which are usually short positive statements targeted at a specific subconscious set of beliefs, to challenge and undermine the negative beliefs and to replace them with positive self-nurturing beliefs. It is a kind of like cleaning your brain and you get to choose which negative beliefs to wash away. The way these statements are constructed is extremely important. It is important to remember of course that everything we say and think is a positive affirmation, using positive affirmation statements forces us to keep focused on our inner goals and reminds us to think consciously about our words and thoughts and to modify them to reflect our positive affirmation.</P><P>The more determined a person is to make positive changes, the more they are prepared to accept the change and let go of the past.</P><P>By choosing to think and say positive affirmations as true, the subconscious is forced into one of two reactions – avoidance or reappraisal. The bigger the issue the bigger the gap between the positive affirmation and the perceived inner truth and the more likely that one is going to experience resistance. This is where the subconscious finds it easier to stay with its perceived inner truth and avoid the challenge using any means at its disposal to avoid examining the issue. You will be able to recognize this reaction in your client by a strong negative feeling inside them (they will tell you) as they state the positive affirmations. Equally if they experience a sense of joy and well being, the mind is instinctively responding to something it believes to be true. When the emotion is present, you know the affirmations are working! Again, ask the client how they are feeling, ask them to describe it. With trust they will share details.</P><P>Continually repeating affirmations with conviction and passion will chip away at even the strongest resistance. Once the resistance is broken, the subconscious is able to re-examine the core belief and patterns they have been working on. The effect can be startling and things can change very quickly as the dysfunctional beliefs get identified and replaced by new inner truth. Depending on how deep into the consciousness these beliefs lay, every other learned pattern and belief that relied on the original belief as a premise, becomes unfounded. The subconscious has to re-examine them all, this can lead to a period of introspection. If you find that your client is experiencing serious resistance or have identified an area of trauma, it is advised to recommend they seek professional support.</P><P>Because affirmations actually reprogram thought patterns, they change the way a person thinks and feels about things, and by replacing dysfunctional beliefs with new positive beliefs, positive change comes easily and naturally. As a Success Coach I help guide my clients into the new belief system and then together we celebrate the positive effects and amazing changes for the better in many aspects of life.</P><P>From my coaching perspective I often notice that clients love and enjoy saying their new positive affirmations having a direct effect on activities, empowerment and their perception of things. Change in a positive direction begins to occur almost immediately. Keep in mind that how quickly you can help to resolve an issue is like asking how deep is the ocean. It depends on the issue, how deeply the belief is held and how a person is to bring about change, the latter being perhaps the most important of all. If you truly are ready and want to make changes, then the quicker those changes will come. People have made cognitive changes in their beliefs almost instantaneously, once they were prepared to embrace and accept a change, and they believe it to be right from their very heart, then that change will happen. So it is not really a question of time, more a question of how accepting of change can a person be?</P><P>Affirmations can be used extensively to target negative thought patterns. As a Success Coach I am a guide for my client, a proofreader in a way, making certain that the affirmation is properly versed. The process takes on a new journey to a new way of thinking. You are not without what it takes and enough on the ball to be rolling in money. You must have limitless and full-scale access to all erudition and information in the fact of having independent reality.</P><br />
<P>Have power over the process of your thinking which fill the part of you that makes you able to be aware of things. One of the best tips you will get though is to write your affirmations out. By writing them out, you will be able to keep a clear, concise list of the exact words that you want to use when reciting them. This will also give you the chance to ensure that they follow some basic guidelines and tips, because in order to create successful positive affirmations, there are some tips to keep in mind that will help you achieve the best success you possibly can.</P><P>Positive affirmations are always that: positive. A good affirmation does not have negative connotations. A very simple example of this is stating what kind of person you are. There are two ways to do this. The first is to say “I am not a bad person”. This states your desires and beliefs simply, but it puts things in a negative light. Your purpose is to change your way of thinking from the negative to the positive. The word not is a negative term, so is the word bad. These, by default, put your mind into a negative way of thinking. Don’t try to accomplish something by moving away from the negative, accomplish what you want by moving toward the positive. “I am a good person” is the exact same statement, but is stated as a positive affirmation.</P><P>Make your mind visualize your positive affirmations in the here and now. Don’t tell yourself what you are working toward, instead tell yourself what has already happened. “I want to be a good person” implies that you are currently not a good person, but that you want to work toward that goal. Using the future tense, how will you know that your affirmation has happened? If you instead state “I am a good person”, then you are telling yourself that you are already a good person. When that goal has been reached, you won’t have to guess whether your affirmation was correct or not, because you have already stated that it is true. This can be a tricky tip to think about sometimes, but it is an extremely important one for writing successful positive affirmations.</P><P>Each of your positive affirmations should be a single statement containing a single thought. If you say too many things in the same affirmation, you will be creating a scenario to fail. “I am a person with a great personality and wealth flows into me” is a statement that may be hard to know when it has come true. Is it true when you have a great personality or when you have wealth? This statement is only true when both conditions exist. Both conditions may not happen at the same time. So it is important to keep your positive affirmations as single, individual goals, rather than one long list of conditions in one statement.</P><P>Writing your own positive affirmations that will work the best does require a little bit of planning out. You will want to ensure that they are positive, in the present and individually listed. It is possible that when you sit down to write them, you will have to make a couple of drafts in order to get them correct for you. There are financial difficulties to deal with, bills to pay, and so much more. We end up thinking about the problems before going to sleep so we sleep with these problems inside our heads. In the morning, instead of feeling fresh, we do not feel it because of the problems from the night before.</P><P>In order to be happy in this life, there are some simple things that you can do. If you want to be happy, you should really focus on things that will make you happy such as positive things. To be happy, you have to change your state of mind. Only you can have control over your thoughts. You can direct what you want to think in order to be happy.
